The first page of amended incorporation papers. After the sale of the company, the corporation changed its name to TBWS, Inc.This document makes that change official with the state and a matter of public record.   During this time, the officers needed to settle all remaining debts and distribute its assets to stockholders before the corpration could be dissolved. Final distributions were made in early 1966.   The scan of this document has been edited as well. Two holes on the left side were removed, and the seal was corrected for color. It was so bright it didn't scan well.
