If I understand the note attached to this invoice, its purpose was to establish a base price for the OPS - Office of Price Stabilization - prior to applying for a price increase. The prices on the next invoice were higher. You can clearly see what their products were at the time.   This scan has also been edited. Two holes on the left side were removed and jagged edges were cleaned up a little for cosmetic reasons. The content was unchanged and reflects business for a two week period in June of 1951.
